ANALISIS PENGARUH PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI, INFLASI DAN INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA TERHADAP PENGANGGURAN DI INDONESIA

In government development planning, solving the problem of unemployment is an important part which is the main target. The problem of unemployment can cause various economic and social problems. This research focuses on seeing how the influence of economic growth, inflation and human development affects unemployment. The data used is combined panel data from Cross Section and Times Series in the form of annual data from 2020 - 2025 using the panel data regression analysis method. The research results show that the economic growth variable has a significant influence with a negative relationship on the open unemployment rate. The HDI variable shows a significant level of influence on unemployment. Meanwhile, the inflation variable in this study has no influence on open unemployment.
