(Studi Pada Nasabah Bank BTPN Syariah Kecamatan Umbulsari)

Abstract

Students as accompanying facilitators in the MSIB program at BTPN Syariah bank provide assistance to MSMEs who are customers of BTPN Syariah bank to help develop their businesses. The mentoring process carried out by students is interesting to examine through the lens of Social Welfare Science. The aim of this research is to find out, analyze and describe the role of MSIB students in developing businesses for underprivileged families. The method in this research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The location in this research uses a purposive area through various considerations. Determining informants uses purposive sampling by selecting informants based on certain considerations. The data collection process is observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is divided into several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Meanwhile, testing the validity of the data was carried out using source triangulation techniques and technical triangulation. From the results obtained from the research process, it can be seen that students act as companions, educators and facilitators. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the various roles carried out by students are quite helpful for underprivileged families of MSMEs in their efforts to develop their businesses.
